Back to School Time!

The summer is coming to an end which means only one thing....Back to School time! I personally enjoy this time of year for many reasons, all the awesome school supplies ( I HEART Organizational Supplies!) , routines, my kiddos extracurricular activities and last but certainly not least, it signals that Fall is just around the corner!
We took the kids shopping this weekend for new school clothes, shoes, and supplies. I really love shopping! I talked my D.H. into going down to the Promenade this year which has all kinds of fabulous shops! We did some major damage to our checkbook that is...but the kiddos are set ready for school and I couldn't be happier!
Cortlyn has her Open House on Tuesday and she's very excited, she received Mrs. Doke for her teacher and that was who she had been hoping for all along! She starts school this Thursday and she already has her outfit picked out, her school bag ready, and we've painted her fingernails...she's excited! Collier's Open House for preschool is on Thursday and he isn't quite sure what to make of it yet, but I'm hopeful that he loves it. This year he will be in an all boy class, it's a new style they are trying out and I'm actually pretty happy about it considering my son has only girl cousins and a sister, he could use some testosterone!
So back to school it is...we are very excited and life is about to get very hectic! Wish us luck!
