The 2C's of Parenthood

Quite simply put...Collier and Cortlyn. You could switch it up to calm and collected, crazy and chaotic, creative and charming...it just depends on the day! But really it all goes back to Collier and Cortlyn. They are my two children that I just adore, so basically I'll be like every other crazed obsessed mother and talk about my kids...constantly!
Cortlyn is 7 going on 17, so she wishes, just finished up second grade and at the moment is enjoying summer break. She's a fish out of water quite honestly, she could swim every day of the week if we'd let her. She loves to ride her bike and paint her fingernails. She teeters back and forth from tomboy to princess, but drama queen always! She's having fun but it won't be too long before she is ready to go back to school, she says it's friends, I like to think it is the schedule-er that I've instilled in her! But it's probably just the friends.
Collier, oh Collier is 2 and just the keeper of my heart. He is all boy, rough and tumbles...it's true what they say frogs and snails and puppy dog tails, that's what little boys are made of. The worst thing you can do to Collier is tell him it's time to go inside...and he goes, but kicking and screaming all the way! He loves anything that has to do with a stick and a ball...sometimes no stick is necessary! He's had a set of golf clubs since he was in the womb and his father enjoys dreams of a professional golfer or baseball player some day! He is joyous, inquisitive, and a true mommas boy.
So now you see the true meaning of The 2C's of Parenthood...Collier and Cortlyn, completely interchangeable with Love.
