Saturday we were up bright and early for our niece Elle's birthday party, the House of Bounce...so fun, it's beginning to rate up there next to Chuck E. Cheese! Regardless, it was a good time for the kids and because it was an early start we had the rest of the day to mess around. D.H. saw an anouncement for a "festival" in Webb City, so after a yummy lunch, we headed that way to see what it was all about. It's fair to say it was somewhat overstated as a "festival" but we didn't really have plans for the day anyway. Then we rounded the corner to find a carnival...Collier was in heaven! I bought tickets and he had a hayday riding the kiddy rides for 30 minutes and it was just enough to have him snoring away on the car ride home! It's the simple things in life!
