1st Place!

Cortlyn's basketball team ended the season this past weekend with an 8-0 record! They really played hard and I was so proud of all of them, but Cortlyn especially, she really moved out of her comfort zone and tried something new! She scored 18 points total for the season, which let me remind you this is her first year playing, so D.H. and I really thought this was impressive. At their last game Saturday they were awarded medals and First Place trophies, Cortlyn could not have been more excited! It was really fun watching her and D.H. and I are very hopeful she will play again next year. She says she will...if D.H. coaches! haha
